Aw...it's too bad Simi isn't going to get to use her favorite barbecue sauce!

I loved Ianto in this, standing up to the Doctor over Jack. And Jack's lost memories...that was great! It adds an entirely new layer to his and Ash's relationship.

Personally I would love to see Ianto punch the Doctor so hard that he regenerates. LOL!
