Yikes! Unless they are doing a 'young Indiana Jones' type thing - this just won't work. I know there is some antipathy between Moran and RTD, so I think Moran would just skip Jack altogether if character usage were a problem. That would be better than dealing with fan backlash (which Moran is certainly familiar with). Not to mention that JB and his fans would be heartbroken.
