Beautiful story and right on about the connection between Jack and Ianto! I like to think that if Jack was still dead when they found him, Ianto would at least have held his hand until he revived because Ianto would have known that Jack would probably be disoriented when he woke up. He'd been go so long that he might not remember where he was.

I doubt any of the others would have bothered. Or even thought about it. Ianto was the only one who looked past the hero facade to see the troubled and lonely man beneath.
